Kiddie Meatballs

Kiddie Meatballs

500g Ground Pork
1/4 cup Onions; chopped
1 tbsp Garlic; minced
¼ cup Carrots; finely chopped
¼ cup Squash; finely chopped
1/3 cup Flour
1 Egg
½ cup Cooking Oil (for frying)
1 ½ tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

Dipping Sauce
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce

1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, onions, garlic, carrots, squash, flour, egg, Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, salt & black pepper. Mix well & refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
2. In a pan, heat oil. Form meat mixture into 1-inch balls and fry until golden.
3. To prepare dipping sauce, whisk together mayonnaise & Hoisin Sauce. Serve with meatballs.

Fun Tip: Make the meatballs more appealing to kids by using other shapes – hearts, flowers or stars
