Chicken Pasta

Chicken Pasta

250g Chicken Thigh Meat; diced
30mL Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce
30mL Oil
30g Onions; sliced
45g Cashews; toasted
30g Leeks; bias cut
50g Shiitake Mushrooms; sliced
30g Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
20g Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce
350g Pasta; cooked

1. Marinate Chicken in soy sauce for 1 hour.
2. In a large pan sauté onion in oil, add shiitake mushroom and sauté for 3 minutes.
3. Add chicken and sauté for 5 minutes. Add Lee Kum Kee Sauces and bring sauce to boil.
4. Add noodles in boiling sauce and toss in cashews and leeks.

Serve in large bowl and enjoy!
