Boat Lady Fried Rice

Ingredients
450 g cooked rice
2 pieces eggs, beaten
25 g green onion, diced
120 g barbecue pork, diced
25 g shallots

Marinade
2 tablespoons Panda Oyster Sauce
1 ½ teaspoon Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce

Directions
1. Stir-fry diced shallots in 2 tablespoons of oil until fragrant
2. Add eggs. Stir in rice, diced pork, seasoning mix and diced green onion. Heat through to serve.
