Baked Salmon


Baked Salmon

Ingredients
1 Salmon Fillet (2 pounds)
2 tablespoons Butter; softened
2 tablespoons Kum Kee Soup Base for Chicken Hot Pot
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 tablespoon dried tarragon 1/2 tablespoon pepper

Directions
1.Pat salmon dry. Place is greased 13in x 9in baking dish. Brush with butter. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over salmon.
2. Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
